Small low powered cells are dispersed
around a defined area.
Each antenna services 30 - 50 customers
in a 600' radius. A main antenna is located at the local Internet
POP.
High speed T1 lines on Cisco routers
connect the wireless users to the Internet. The wireless network we
deploy uses redundent access points so if one cell goes down, the
customer automatically is connected to another cell.
The cells work together in a mini-WAN
using wireless routing protocols for reliability and speed. We are
one of the first 10 companies to deploy this technology in the United
States.
